Ghișeul 7
A trip to a Romanian public office, simulated. Take a number, find your window, meet the clerk, learn which paper you do not have, and get told when to come back: always a working day, always at a suspicious hour. Every office, form and rule is invented. The queue feels real anyway.

Made up, all of it
Ghișeul is satire. Every institution, form, window, clerk and rule in it is invented. No real office, emblem, form number or law is named or quoted: office names are glued together from absurd parts (pentru Avizarea Avizelor, Sector 9), so none of them exists. If one sounds familiar, that is the joke.
The people behind the glass are not the target. Anyone who has worked a window knows the paperwork is the joke, and so does anyone who has queued in front of one. Nothing here is advice: for real paperwork, ask the real office, and bring a dosar cu șină.

come_back is ISO 8601 with Bucharest's offset, always Monday to Friday after the visit, at an hour nobody would pick: one minute before closing, the middle of lunch, an hour before the doors open. now_serving can be past your ticket; you missed it. missing is the same paper /document explains for that seed, and links point there and to the week of hours.
stamp is a picture of the verdict from the Sticker shop, dated the day of the visit. The verdicts: RESPINS, NECONFORM, REVENIȚI, LIPSĂ ȘTAMPILĂ, INCOMPLET, NEREZOLVAT, AMÂNAT, ÎN ANALIZĂ, VĂZUT, RETURNAT, NU SE PRIMEȘTE, LA DOSAR, ÎN AȘTEPTARE, NEÎNREGISTRAT.
The paper, and what it takes
For seed=ghiseul-279, /document says you lack copie după formularul pe care îl completați acum, issued by Direcția Generală pentru Adeverințe, Dovezi și Alte Dovezi, fosta centrală termică, window 9. Each step requires the next. circular says whether the last one sends you back, and loops_back_to where: 0 is the paper you came for, any other number a step.

Where it comes from
Nowhere. Every line was written for this API: 50 clerk moods, 50 notes from the wall, 32 catches, and a small grammar that nests papers inside papers (copie legalizată după cererea de eliberare a copiei legalizate) while keeping the Romanian cases right. Nothing is fetched from anywhere, nothing is stored, and no visit is ever the same as a real one. Probably.
